Keeping the front glass clean.

Objective: Cleaning the glass on the front door without marring or damaging the surface.  After prolonged use, your ComfortBilt stove’s front glass will accumulate a film or ash deposits on the glass. This is a normal by-product from the pellets burning.  

Procedure:  Using a non-abrasive cleaning solution with a soft terry or microfiber cloth is the most effective way to clean the glass. 

Approved cleansers:

• Water
• White vinegar
• Stove-top ceramic cleaner

Another trick is to dip a damp towel into some of the ashes, and then use the ashy towel to scrape at stubborn spots on the glass and collect leftover ashes.

Also, be sure to utilize the Glass Air-wash system to help minimize build up.
