Symptoms: Very hot temperature at the top of the stove, leading to an "Alarm - High Temperature" message being displayed on the screen.
Resolution: 1) Ensure the blower fan is working and pushing heated air out of the front of the stove.
2) Ensure the stove has been thoroughly cleaned.
3) To clear the fault code, press and hold the On/Off button at the top left of the control panel.
This video showcases the common symptoms, resolutions and causes for the High Temperature Alarm message:
Cause: When the High temp alarm occurs, it means that the computer registered a dangerous buildup of heat internally, and shut down to prevent damage to the stove components. This usually happens when not enough air is being cycled through the convection or combustion circuits.
*Note - If the high temp sensor got damaged or unplugged, this will lead to an immediate Alarm message to display as soon as the stove is turned on for ignition.
