Answer: Yes. We warehouse a full inventory of replacement parts for all stoves right here in North Carolina, so the turnaround time is usually fairly quick. At peak times, or near the end of a season, we may get low or backordered on some commonly stocked parts, such as igniters.
Reach out to our sales team and have them put in the order for you, so it will ship out as soon as we replenish. This is the most effective way to secure your spot in the backorder queue.
Most in-stock parts will get shipped out by the next business day, and transit times usually take no longer than 3 business days.
