What kind of power/battery backup system is compatible?

Question:  Can I use this stove on a generator?  What kind of backup power system will work with Comfortbilt pellet stoves?

Answer:  An inverter or UPS with a pure sine wave output SHOULD work. Do not use a partial or modified sine wave output as these can damage the sensitive computer electronics within the stove, or cause certain functions not to work (most reported issue is feed related problems when running off of a generator).  Minimum 1000W, but 1500W is preferable for the larger spike draw during ignition.
